Service Fee:
Our service charges vary depending on the service type, location, and urgency. We invoice every three attempts. If we cannot complete an attempt due to reasons like unavailable recipients, we don’t offer partial refunds. For non-account holders all payments must be made upfront, and once we initiate a service, fees are non-refundable.

Service Guarantee:
We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service and satisfaction. However, we cannot guarantee the successful delivery of legal documents due to various factors beyond our control, including the accuracy of the provided address, the availability of the recipient, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to ensure successful delivery and keep you informed of the progress.

Confidentiality:
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding all information related to your service request. We will not disclose any information to third parties without your express permission, except as required by law.
